How do I pay for my order?

We'll include an order summary link with your quote so you can see how everything totals up and checkout when you're ready. Credit and debit card transactions are processed through PayPal (no account required). We also offer convenient financing through Affirm and Katapult.

You are not required to sign up for a PayPal account to checkout.  PayPal allows non-members the ability to checkout with a credit card just like you would at any other e-commerce store.

How do I know I'll get my wheels?

Want to do your research before sending over money for wheels? No problem. Feel free to swing by our Facebook page to connect with our over 250,000 fans and see pictures submitted by happy customers. Also, know that we process all of our payments through PayPal which comes with built in buyer protection should anything go wrong (it won't - but it's nice to know that it's there).

What about sales tax?

Sales tax is determined by the shipping li for the order. Refer to the tax section of your quote summary page to see if/how much tax is being collected.

We do not collect for sales tax for many states. However, if sales tax is not collected, you may need to report this purchase to your state of residence and remit use tax. Please refer to your state tax law.

Please note that if you're an international customer your government may charge duties/taxes when the product arrives. Mr. Wheel Deal does not pay for these additional taxes and fees.

What Is Your Cancellation/Return Policy?

Always contact us with any issues or return questions, we will always work with a customer, however, understand that most of our items require quite a bit of work to get them to you and we must recover these costs, unless the mistake is ours. Please use the contact us form to submit any questions!

Any returns or cancellations after 24 hours from purchase will carry a cancellation fee up to 20% of the total order value contingent of ongoing labor hours and/or any associated shipping fees unless the fault is ours. As many of our items are very expensive to ship and handle, due to vendor contracts some products can carry up to a 30% restocking fee once processing has begun; please contact us for any questions.

All refunded items must be approved prior to being returned. Please contact us for a return authorization. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of original receipt of merchandise. Once approved, all items must be returned within 14 days. Money will be refunded via the original payment method. Once the product is returned, please allow 14 days for receipt of funds.

Individual Product Orders
Please inspect all products for damage before attempting to use them. You are responsible for test fitting wheel only orders to the vehicle before having tires mounted. Once tires have been mounted, we are unable to take them back even if there is a fitment problem. Tires with mileage on them cannot be returned.

Package Orders
For package purchases, you are responsible for test fitting before driving on any products. Once wheels/tires have been mounted on the vehicle we are not able to accept a return. If you have any concerns about fitment, simply share those concerns before you place your order and our experts will work with you to get a perfect fit! Due to the fact we move quickly, it is important to notify us immediately if you have concerns.

Suspension & Accessories
All suspension/accessory items being returned that are not warranty related CANNOT have been installed or attempted to be installed. If we receive a return that shows signs of installation, we will not be able to accept the item and will have to return to sender with no credit being issued.

What is the Fitment Guarantee?

As part of our standard quote process, Mr. Wheel Deal will verify that the requested wheels and/or tires fit your vehicle. If the wheels and/or tires do not fit, Mr. Wheel Deal will make it right at no cost to you.

There’s no small print – but there are some things to keep in mind:
  • You must provide the correct make, model (and version if applicable), and year information about the vehicle as well as any relevant aftermarket enhancements.
  • Should the wheels and/or tires we ship not fit your vehicle, we’ll pay to have them shipped back and will either ship you the correct fitment or refund your purchase amount in full.
  • You are responsible for test fitting wheels before having tires mounted. Once tires have been mounted, we are unable to take them back even if there is a fitment problem. For package purchases, you are responsible for test fitting before driving on the wheels. Tires with mileage on them cannot be returned.
  • We cannot guarantee tire fitment on lifted and leveled applications - but we make our best recommendation for what should work. In some cases minor trimming will be needed to accommodate over sized tires. Additionally, we cannot guarantee fitment on custom drilled wheels, but should the manufacturer make a mistake - we’ll help broker a solution. Some vehicles or applications may not apply. In those cases we’ll tell you before you purchase.

What should I do if I have vibration, a warranty concern, or other issue with my products?

Remember, we too are enthusiasts and we are here to help you out and get things right. One thing to keep in mind, if you added some big whopping mud tires to your truck… you are going to “feel” them. There will be more feeling in the steering wheel and you may feel the lugs on the larger mud tires on the road. This is normal and part of looking so good. However, there are times that even though we balanced the wheels/tires perfectly on a machine, once on the vehicle they have a shake or strong vibration at certain speeds. If you have this issue or any other concern, simply email us immediately with all the specifics by replying to the last email we sent you. This will make it easy to locate your order and get you going down the road again smoothly. Same for any warranty questions or general concerns. We are here to work through it together and make your custom build enjoyable.
Balance Beads – Please note that balance beads are not guaranteed. While we use the most exceptional and up-to-date weight charts to ensure we are installing the correct amount of beads for your specific application, there are many variables that we are unable to account for. While it is extremely rare, some wheel and tire assemblies simply do not balance out perfectly with this type of balancing technique and we are unable to confirm this until the assembly is mounted onto the vehicle. If you are having any issues at all, please let us know and we will be here to help!
Damage Upon Receipt – Upon delivery (or pick up at a local terminal), be sure to inspect the complete wheel and tire package BEFORE signing any documents! If damaged, be sure to make FULL NOTES on documents (Bill of Lading) BEFORE SIGNING and accepting shipment. Unfortunately, while it is rare, due to the size and complexity of shipping large packages across the country, damage can occur and it MUST be noted with the shipping courier before signing and accepting the shipment. Damage caused by the shipping courier qualifies you for a replacement and/or credit ONLY IF all damage is noted with the courier BEFORE signing the documents (Bill of Lading). If the damage is NOT noted upon receipt, this alleviates all liability of the courier and we must open a damage claim and see it through to completion before reimbursement (if any) is allotted for the damages. Please notify us immediately if there is damage and send us pictures via email to support@mrwheeldeal.com so we can document the issue and come to a resolution as soon as possible!
All wheel and tires come with a FULL manufacturers warranty, please ask if you have any questions regarding the warranty on a specific product and we will be happy to assist!
Please note: Mr. Wheel Deal will cover the costs involved with warranty claims up to 30 days from date of delivery. After the 30 day period, the costs involved with the warranty claim are the customers responsibility. Please notify us as soon as possible if you have any issues, questions, or concerns!

What if I found a lower price than you quoted?

Wow. You must have found a really good deal. Send us a link and we’ll beat it (or at least we’ll try, every once in a while we can’t.)

Do you have a catalog? What if I don't know what I want?

What is the FMSC Lug Nut Charity Program?

Give your ride some extra flare while helping those in need. For every additional $10 you spend on lug nuts, Mr. Wheel Deal will match $10 and donate to the Feed My Starving Children program. Feed My Starving Children is a non-profit organization that provides meals to children in need. With your purchase, not only do you get to make your new wheels stand out better than before, but the money donated will feed approximately 80 children. How long is my quoted price valid?

Quoted prices are valid for 30 days. After that, we'll need to re-quote as the manufacturers and shippers frequently update their pricing. Note that while we can honor prices for 30 days, availability of the wheels/tires may change sooner.

Are liftgates included with shipping?

No, the driver should break the package down for you and assist with unloading.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. From Canada to Australia and everywhere in between - we frequently ship to countries all over the world. Please note that unless otherwise specified, Mr. Wheel Deal shipping covers freight only. If applicable, additional fees (brokerage, duties, etc.) are collected locally and are not included in the price paid. Have questions? Please ask in advance.

Do you offer financing?

Yes! We've partnered with Affirm to offer fixed monthly payment options with annual interest rates ranging from 10-30% (subject to credit approval). We also offer a lease to own option through Katapult Leasing. You can apply for either Affirm or Katapult directly from your order summary page.

If you already have a quote, you can also get pre-qualified for Affirm financing from your personal wheel dashboard.

Are you selling second run or blemished wheels?

No. Unless specifically listed as a blemished wheel, all wheels are brand new, first run, and  manufactured warrantied.

Can I trade my old wheels for a credit toward new wheels?

No, unfortunately we aren't able to accept trades.

What’s your phone number?

We highly recommend requesting a quote request first so we have all your vehicle details when preparing your quote. We'll email you with availability, fitment advice, and pricing shortly after your request comes in. Phone calls are usually much more productive after that initial step. Do you sell tires too?

Yes. We have access to discounted pricing on a number of tires brands. We also offer free mounting and balancing ($60 value) so that your wheel & tire package will be ready to go when it arrives. You can let us know about the tires you want on the price request form. Additionally, we are also able to sell tires without wheels. Let us know what you'd like HERE.

Will my order come with center caps, lugs, and TPMS sensors?

If the wheels are made with center caps, they will be included with your purchase (ask if you aren’t sure).  Chrome lug sets are $45 (free shipping if ordered with your wheel purchase) and includes all the lugs needed, 4 locking lugs w/ socket, and 4 chrome valve stems w/ chromies.

Careful when comparing to places that offer free lugs, as they often don’t include the extra stuff in our premium set (locking lugs, valve stems, and chromies).

When installing the wheels, lugs should be hand-torqued in a star pattern and not installed using an impact tool.

TPMS sensors are available for an additional cost. For wheel and tire packages, the price includes free installation of the sensors. Please note that some vehicle models or sensors may require a re-programming process to sync with the new sensors. This can be done fairly easily by an auto dealer or repair shop.

How can you sell wheels for cheaper than other places?

There are two main reasons we can sell for so cheap.

First, we keep our costs down. Other retailers have expensive rent and salaries to pay (and don’t forget complex websites to maintain). With so many costs they HAVE to mark their wheels up so much just to be profitable. We are a small team that looks at wheel sales a little differently. We do everything to keep costs down, and then don’t have to earn as much per set to still make money.

Second, we do A LOT of volume. This enables suppliers to rationalize giving us some of the best pricing in the industry, and that low price can then be passed on to our customers.
